High Street Interiors Limited (also know as HSI, HSI Office Furniture, HSI Hospital Furniture and HSI Hotel & Contract Furniture) is committed to ensuring that our organisation is free from slavery and human trafficking.
HSI employs solely in the UK, and employment is managed consistently by our HR department and company directors. HSI endeavours to provide long-term, well-paid secure jobs for our employees, who are all paid at the Living Wage or in excess of the Living Wage. HSI is committed to providing a safe, desirable place to work, where employees are supported and valued.
We ensure that all recruitment agencies we work with adopt our high level of background checks. If risks or concerns arise during the recruitment process, these are evaluated by our HR department and handled on a case by case basis.
HSI ensures that all new suppliers comply with our zero tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We will not enter into business with suppliers who do not demonstrate an appropriate level of commitment to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within their own organisation or supply chain.
We encourage all of our employees, customers and clients to report any concerns regarding slavery or human trafficking. This includes concerns relating to the direct activities of the company as well as its supply chains. Concerns can be raised with line managers or our HR department without fear of retaliation.
